Penneshaw & Dudley Peninsula
Kangaroo Island Living Honey is a passionate family run business. They currently manage approximately 350 productive hives, and on a good year can extract up to 20 Tonnes of Organic honey.
Some of these hives will be on the farm and others will be on certified sites across the island. On the farm they have a Farm Gate Shop with a multitude of produce and other local products. They also run Beekeeping Tours and Beekeeping Experiences. All with the aim to produce products of the highest quality and as natural as possible.
Owners, Shawn and Anthea, love their bees and the fascinating products that they create, and look forward to sharing the bees amazing story with everyone that visits.
The business is part of their home surroundings, and so when you arrive it is a very relaxed and casual atmosphere. There are farm animals, native animals and pets to play with and will welcome all that visit.
