Intertwined with this, guests will enjoy coastal walks, exhilarating ice baths, toasty saunas, a soothing sound healing, and quiet reflection time, while creating connection with other women.

The three-day and five-day packages both offer accommodation, vegetarian meals, education, and activities for intimate groups of women (a minimum of 4, maximum of 6). There is pricing available ex ADL and ex KI.
