Immerse yourself in the beauty of North West Kangaroo Island. Nestled on high above Middle River and Snelling Beach, the Grass Tree offers mesmerising 180+ degree views of sea, sky and gardens.
All bedrooms offer quality linen and comfortable mattresses and are cosily decorated. The luxurious master bedroom with queen bed has an en suite. The second bedroom has a double bed, trundle and upper single bunk. Upstairs is a luxurious 3rd bathroom with bath (and views), a second queen bedroom and kids' room with two single beds (which can be joined as a King bed if needed).
There are air-conditioners for the upper and lower levels of the house, fans and column heaters in bedrooms if needed, and a wood stove in the lounge room. 3 bathrooms and a full laundry make life easy.
On the front verandah, you can cook on the bbq and seat 10+ outside for a meal as the kids play on the lawn in the generous garden (with lawn games provided).
To eat in, there's a huge table seating 10-12, the kitchen table also seats 8 and we provide everything from coffee machine to rice cooker. Head nearby to Snelling Beach (2 mins drive), dine at the Enchanted Fig Tree Restaurant, drive to Stokes Bay or Western River Cove, or take a bushwalk at Ravine des Cassoars.
