Katrina Webb is recognised and acknowledged for her success as a Paralympic athlete. She has won Gold, Silver and Bronze medals in athletics at three Paralympic Games.
She was the first torch bearer to enter the Stadium for the Opening Ceremony of the Sydney 2000 Paralympic Games and in 2006 Katrina was selected on behalf of the International Paralympic Committee to speak at the United Nations in New York.
Off the track Katrina is the Director of Silver 2 Gold High Performance Solutions which specializes in powering organisations, teams and individuals best.
Due to her own experience in dealing with a disability and a deep love of helping others, Katrina is the Founder and Director of Newday Leadership a platform to inspire leadership for the greater good.
Katrina Webb is an international speaker, leadership and personal mastery consultant, trainer in Wellbeing and Resilience and a physiotherapist.
Katrina worked with Seven as a reporter at the Tokyo 2020/21 Paralympics Games and with Nine at the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games. She is also a Deputy Chef de Mission of Australian Team for the 2026 Glasgow Commonwealth Games.
Katrina loves to be challenged. She has walked the Kokoda track and has trekked to Basecamp Everest twice. She is also a mother to not just to one but to three beautiful boys.

Mark is the founder of Kool Tours, an Aboriginal tourism venture that launched on Kangaroo Island in 2023. The company has garnered consecutive Gold medals for Aboriginal Tourism at the TicSA Tourism Awards in 2022 and 2023.
As a Ngarrindjeri elder, Mark also serves as a Director of the Ngarrindjeri Aboriginal Corporation and previously chaired the State Aboriginal Heritage. In 2019, he organized a significant cultural exchange, bringing Ngarrindjeri Elders together with Lakota Elders in South Dakota, USA. Mark earned a Graduate Diploma in Natural and Cultural Resource Management from Deakin University in 2016 and completed a thesis on Aboriginal men in contemporary Australia in 2017. He is a father of five and a grandfather to two grandsons.

Daniela is the Tourism Sustainability Manager at Carbonhalo. She is currently helping hundreds of tourism and hospitality businesses with developing emissions reduction plans that can be easily communicated to visitors and stakeholders.
Originally from Patagonia, Chile, she has been living in Australia since 2012. Daniela discovered her passion for travel and tourism on her first solo trip at 14, when she lived in Alaska for seven months. She believes that travel is the greatest form of education, and has made her career about encouraging others to travel meaningfully.
Daniela has a Master's degree in International Sustainable Tourism Management from Monash University and holds a certificate in Sustainable Tourism from the Global Sustainable Tourism Council. She moved to Tasmania in 2019 to work for Tourism Tasmania for almost four years in the industry and partnerships team where she also measured the emissions of Tourism Tasmania. She then moved to the Department of State Growth as a Project Manager to support the Tourism and Hospitality unit where she worked closely with Austrade in the development of the Sustainable Tourism Framework and Toolkit.
She has worn many hats in the industry, including hospitality, customer service, operations, marketing and industry development roles. She is also now on the Board of the Migrant Resource Centre, Tasmania.

Rebecca currently leads the Quality Tourism Framework (QTF) team at the Tourism Industry Council of South Australia, supporting businesses with their ongoing development in enhancing products, services and experiences.
The delivery of the QTF program ensures high-quality visitor experiences through nationally recognised online training, accreditation and awards programs.
Previous to her role at TiCSA, Rebecca graduated with a Master of Tourism through Flinders University before venturing into a career specialising in interpretive tour guiding, visitor servicing and digital marketing in Adelaide, Canberra and Barossa.
Rebecca is passionate about supporting the tourism community in building business capabilities and advocating for South Australia’s diverse tourism industry to enable a sustainable and growing visitor economy.
Emma works in the Destination Development team to support tourism businesses to develop their tourism offering, strengthen distribution, connect with trade partners and grow international and domestic markets.
With extensive experience in industry development and trade engagement, she helps businesses become market-ready, bringing practical insights that support operators to grow, adapt and thrive in an increasingly competitive tourism landscape.

Joining Tourism Australia in 2017, Kristy acts as the primary link between tourism operators in South Australia, Tasmania and Victoria, and Tourism Australia.
With an extensive background in the youth travel sector, Kristy has previously held roles both domestically and internationally including the management of Hostelworld Group brands for the Oceania region.

Rachel has over 20 years’ experience across commercial and not-for-profit sectors, with skills in finance, marketing, communication, philanthropy, and sustainability.
She currently serves as Brand and Culture Manager at Seafront Group, Marketing Manager at The Cliffs Kangaroo Island, and on the Board of Directors at Seymour College. Rachel and her family also founded Fox Gordon wines and have a long connection to Kangaroo Island.
A respected leader in philanthropy and social enterprise, she has driven initiatives through the Mini Miracles Foundation, Captain Courageous Foundation, and Sony Foundation SA. Known for her positivity and people-first approach, Rachel inspires others while finding her own joy in nature and on the water.

Sam Atkins is a business leader with expertise in business development, entrepreneurship, finance and governance, with a strong focus on premium brands, tourism, sport and wine. He has founded and managed successful ventures, guided long-term creative strategy and contributed as an effective Board and Committee member.
Holding a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Adelaide and a GAICD since 2006, Sam combines sharp business acumen with a passion for sport. A former football player, he is now pursuing success in golf and already has two hole in ones.

Liz Ward is a digital strategist and tourism futurist with a track record of transforming how the visitor economy embraces technology. As co-founder of the award-winning platforms TourismTribe.com and Navii.com.au, Liz leads national training and mentoring programs that help small tourism businesses grow, innovate, and adapt to rapid digital change.
Liz is currently at the forefront of educating the tourism industry on how to leverage AI to streamline operations, stand out from the crowd, and create marketing that converts. Liz expertly explains the unprecedented impact AI is having on the travel marketplace and eloquently shares how businesses can practically adopt AI tools to save time, boost visibility, and future-proof their operations—no jargon, just real-world application.
With 25+ years in tourism marketing and technology innovation, Liz has pioneered industry-defining initiatives including the Australian Tourism Data Warehouse and Australia's first eCommerce destination websites.
