The Shearing Shed was once a busy shed shearing 100's of merino sheep. Now renovated with a bar, fireplace, deck and beautiful grand piano The Shearing Shed offers a unique venue for special events and weddings.
Each year The Shearing Shed holds major festivals for Kangaroo Island. They host monthly visiting musicians, Country Arts SA productions, food&wine nights and much more.
The Shearing Shed is home to the newest Kangaroo Island beer, Grasshopper Brewing. A delicious and unique artisan beer made with Kangaroo Island produce.
People are welcome to hire The Shearing Shed for private functions.
