You are invited to take a journey within, to calm your mind and soothe your soul. Our lives are increasingly busy and it is crucial that we also take a moment for ourselves, to slow down, to breathe, relax, make space in our bodies, and to quieten our minds.
Spirit Yoga was established on Kangaroo Island in 2014 and continues to evolve.
There are three weekly classes on offer in Kingscote to cater for people’s different needs and preferences. Each class includes pranayama (breathwork) and meditation as well as physical asanas (postures), and is guaranteed to leave you feeling uplifted and renewed.
Spirit Yoga is also available for private classes and private retreats.
