Guests will explore rare and museum release wines alongside current vintages, including vertical tastings of the acclaimed 'The Beast' and 'Clos Otto' Shiraz. From a Blanc de Noir welcome on arrival to a showpiece Icon degustation dinner, each moment reveals the stories, craft and provenance behind every glass.
