You can investigate old relics from the past, or just wander on the scenic walking trail which takes you along the banks of the Lagoon and the Cygnet River.
If you are lucky you may spot Koalas in the trees.

Spring Road vineyard was established in 1994 on a small sheep property about 7km west of Kingscote.
Springs Road Wines are owned and operated by Joch Bosworth and Louise Hemsley-Smith from McLaren Vale’s Battle of Bosworth wines.
Wines are 100% estate grown and hand-made from the low yielding vines which are now well over 20 years old.
The Springs Road wine label is adapted from Louis Freycinet’s 1808 map of Southern Australia ‘Terre Napoléon.’
We make small volumes of Chardonnay, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and a Cabernet Sauvignon/ Shiraz blend.

Kangaroo Island Spirits produce a range of high-quality liqueurs and spirits, emphasising local and native ingredients.
While Gin is our passion, we also produce a variety of liqueurs and vodkas and have just commenced our world-class whisky program. All the products are handmade in small batches using hand-crafted copper pot stills. Our products have received international awards in London, New York, San Francisco and Hong Kong. Our cellar door is open seven days, from 10.30 am to 5:30 pm (excluding Good Friday and Christmas Day).
