The Gutsy Egg-cellent Winter Plunge brought to you by KI Dragonfly and Island Alive, is a fun event highlighting our local free range egg producer Fryar's Eggs.
Join Amy Pysden (Island Alive - Wim Hof accredited facilitator) and Susi Whitehead (KI Dragonfly Guesthouse) - at the Dragonfly for an exhilarating and refreshing ice bath, followed by a sauna and hearty breakfast burger featuring Fryar's eggs and other delicious local produce.
