Yumbah Aquaculture Fine Food Awards

This year, Yumbah Aquaculture entered our finest abalone, oysters and mussels into the Royal Tasmanian and Sydney Royal Fine Food Competitions.

This is the first year that Yumbah has entered all three shellfish species into the two highly respected fine food competitions, and the results were a wonderful validation of the passion, respect and great care taken by the dedicated teams at each of Yumbah's pristine shellfish farms.

We are proud to announce that for the third year running, Yumbah's Australian Greenlip Abalone has been awarded the highly sought after Sydney Royal Fine Food Show Champion Medal.
