Immerse yourself in the history of handmade cheese making at Island Pure with interactive tours of the dairy from 12noon to 4pm. Watch the novel process of sheep milking from 2pm to 4pm. Group bookings can enjoy pre-booked guided tours with our experienced hosts- enquire direct for special rates. Tours include a short DVD highlighting our history, cheese making, tastings and viewing of the factory and dairy through large windows.
