Kirrin Cottage KI is a modernised 1940 post war settlers cottage with sea views, located just a short stroll (400 metres) to the main street of Kingscote and all its attractions.
The cottage has three bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. The lounge room is furnished with a retro touch and includes a television, DVD and stereo that is iPod compatible. A large gas heater will keep you warm during the winter months.
The kitchen is well equipped and features modern conveniences including a dishwasher and microwave. The rear windows give great views across Nepean Bay. A large dining room has seating for six with additional seating at the breakfast bar. A highchair is available for little ones.
The large heated bathroom has a shower and basin. A baby bath, change table and portacot can be supplied on request.
The yard is a huge quarter acre with gardens, lawn and an outdoor deck where the children have plenty of room to play. There is ample off street parking.
