Grand View, a spacious stand alone home, on the seafront at Kingscote enjoys 180 degree views of Nepean Bay, where whales are often seen at the right time of year. There is ample parking for three or four vehicles - two undercover. There are three bedrooms - two large double rooms and a smaller single bedroom. There are also three extra fold out beds available, providing sleeping room for eight people. There are two bathrooms in the home and a large laundry. The two double rooms and the lounge have beautiful ocean views. The fully equipped kitchen provides a full size refrigerator/freezer, electric stove and a microwave. The back garden is an attractive fenced area for relaxing and is a safe play area for children. The town centre with all shopping facilities is only one-two kilometres away, a delightful walk along the cliff top overlooking the bay and passing by the penguin rookery areas and the Kangaroo Island Yacht Club. The beach is just across the road and down the well-graded steps.
