The fully equipped kitchen provides a full size refrigerator/freezer, electric stove and a microwave.
The back garden is an attractive fenced area for relaxing and is a safe play area for children.
The town centre with all shopping facilities is only one-two kilometres away, a delightful walk along the cliff top overlooking the bay and passing by the penguin rookery areas and the Kangaroo Island Yacht Club.
The beach is just across the road and down the well-graded steps.
