Kirazz Kingscote Holiday Cottage is a cosy old fisherman's cottage with two bedrooms. Bedroom one has a double bed and bedroom two has two bunk beds and a single bed. Another double bed is also situated in a curtained off part of the kitchen and another single bed is in the old bathroom so sleeping for up to eight people available. Linen is provided. The cottage also has a small galley style kitchen with full cooking facilities, a dining table for six. Lounge has television, DVD player, reverse-cycle air conditioning and an open fireplace. Outside you will find a large yard, lawn and carport to suit car or small boat, gas barbecue, outdoor setting and laundry facilities. A fish cleaning sink is outside with hose. Located approximately 100 metres from the Esplanade seafront overlooking Nepean Bay above the "Penguin Walkway" and boat moorings. Close to town centre, shops, or the wharf area for jetty fishing, penguin tours and pelican feeding. A little further away visit the Museum or Reeves Point historical area. Centrally located for day trips to see the wildlife, beaches, and attractions or to go fishing.
