The Haven - Island Beach
The Haven is nestled amongst the dunes of Island Beach. The finest family-safe beach to be found on the island is only 200 metres away. It is a convenient base from which to explore the island. The Haven is self catering and can accommodate ten persons in all the comfort of a modern home.
Surrounded by native bush, we have: kangaroo, wallaby, goanna, and a variety of bird life, including sea eagles and pelicans. Other seasonal visitors to the waters of Eastern Cove include whales, seals and penguins.
A perfect place from which to unwind: walk, swim or simply fish from the beach. You could join a charter boat - they won't let you go home without a fish!From here, it's so convenient to visit one of the island's 25 wineries, Island Beehive, a bee farm, local restaurants, Seal Bay, Little Sahara and much more.
