The peaceful rural property of five acres offers plenty of space to stay and play. Choose from a holiday cabin with deck to a large three-bedroom house. The native gardens and trees attract an amazing variety of birds and native animals. All linen, bedding and towels are included in the affordable price. A central location for day trips to the rest of Kangaroo Island, but only 500 metres to the beach and jetty, and 18 kilometres from shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants in Kingscote.

Perfect for a couple staying for a longer time or a family with space for the children. • JIREH - One queen size bed, one double bed, two single beds and four bunk beds. Our very popular house, now with two bathrooms and huge patio for two families (can sleep 10). Has great views and lots of space with cubby house at back, and lots of play equipment nearby. - from $139.00 (Room Only)
• BUDGET PARK CABIN - One double bed and two sets of curtained off bunk beds. Many guests write in our guest book that our park cabins are the best value for money on the island. Excellent views over Emu Bay from the outside deck and couch. The bedding is separated by curtains not walls and the bathroom is small. - from $80.00 (Room Only)
• COTTAGE THREE - One queen size bed and one double sofa bed. Cottage Three is popular with couples who want three and a half star quality, rather than a two and a half star park cabin. Very cosy with good views, good value and very popular. - from $109.00 (Room Only)
